Change the email on your account

Update the address you use to sign in and receive Finta notifications.

Editing your email

  1. Sign in to Finta.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. In the Personal details section, click the pencil icon next to Email.
  4. Type in your new email address and press Enter (or click the checkmark) to save.

We'll send a verification email right away to confirm the change.

Verifying your new address

  1. Check the inbox for your new email address.
  2. Look for the message titled Verify your email change request. It usually arrives within a few moments. (Note: the link expires after 5 minutes for security.)
  3. Click Verify Email in the message. We'll redirect you back to Finta, and your email change will be complete.

After verification, all your account notifications and sign-in emails will go to the new address.

Having trouble?

  • Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, then try requesting the change again.
  • Link expired? No problem—just start a new email change from the Email field in your Profile settings.
  • Still stuck? Reach out to us at support@finta.io and let us know which email address you'd like to use.
